The Resident Referral Program:
Refer a friend and receive $300.
The resident referral concession is $300 and documentation of the referring resident is required at the time of application. The prospective applicant must execute a minimum of a 12-month lease and complete the first two months of rental payments at which time the referral bonus will be paid to the referring resident as a ledger credit. Limit of 5 referrals per household.
